成果简介NOVELTY - The concrete has a concrete unit for completely replacing OPC by utilizing waste/by-products generated from steel industry and thermal power plants. A ZERO-cement geo-polymer concrete is produced from a conventional ready-mix concrete (RMC) batching plant. The geo-polymer concrete is cured at an ambient temperature curing, where saving costs and energy are spent on heat curing, thus reducing a carbon-footprint. The geo-polymer concrete is cured through sealed curing process, saves a lot of water resources to reduce a carbon-footprint. The geo-polymer concrete prevents large sums of valuable land from land-filling by unutilized industrial waste. USE - ZERO-cement geo-polymer concrete for use in rigid pavement and testing quality and performance of a rigid pavement. ADVANTAGE - The concrete exhibits a similar workability as compared to the conventional OPC Concrete, helps construction workers to work with new concrete with minimal training while producing higher efficiency with minimum chance of failures. The concrete not needs any steamed or heat curing methods but can be cured at ambient room temperatures of 27 ± 2 degrees Celsius, thus saving a lot of energy costs. The concrete encourages large-scale adoption of sustainable concrete, promoting green construction, awareness about the importance of solutions to combat climate change. The concrete provides a sustainable building material that helps real estate builders, contractors, government organizations, institutions to reduce their projects carbon footprint and get green building certifications.
