成果简介	NOVELTY - The helmet has an outer shell (100) that is made of polycarbonate for providing helmet's rigid structure and disperses impact forces. An inner shell (101) is made up of expanded polystyrene foam, and absorbs impact energy by compressing and distributing the forces throughout volume. A carbon fiber spring coil (102) is made from continuous strands of carbon fibers wound in a specific coil shape to achieve the desired spring constant i.e. stiffness. A padding (103) comprises a comfort layer that rests against the rider's head, made of breathable materials like nylon or mesh. Attachment points include hooks, Velcro(RTM: Hook-and-loop fastener), or other methods to secure the liner to the inner shell and accommodate the spring coil. USE - Bike helmet for motorcycle riders and cyclists. ADVANTAGE - The helmet incorporates a carbon fiber spring coil between the outer and inner shells of the helmet, for protecting during accidents and potentially reducing the risk of head injuries. The helmet adopts a double-layer structure to have high density, and lower overall stiffness to ensure the safety standard that can satisfy surge protection.
