| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Formulation comprises 10-15 vol.% N N-diethyl-m-toluamide (DEET), 15-25 vol.% N N-diethyl Benzamide (DEBA), 5-10 vol.% diallyl disulphide (DADS) and organic solvent. USE - Formulation for preparing fly repellent. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The formulation has the ability to delay the invasion of flesh flies and has larvicidal properties, contributing to pest control and management, reduces the biomass of flies in human dwellings, livestock and poultry farms, and fish markets and provides immediate protection from the flies, helpful in stopping allergic reaction caused by biting flies, provides strong mosquito repellent reducing olfactory response, formulation is effective against fly species particularly in livestock industry, reducing oviposition controls myiasis by delaying fly visualization and slowing larval development by utilizing DEET, DEBA is approved insect repellent for human skin, clothing, household pets, tents, bedrolls, and screens, and protection against several diseases such as Lyme disease, meningoencephalitis, and other rickettsioses, as well as mosquito borne diseases such as malaria, west Nile virus, dengue fever, and eastern equine encephalitis, DADS has effect on different stages of flies. |
