成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a stainless-steel frame (1) provided with a planer base surface (22) and a top surface with multiple edges. The frame is provided with side walls. A feeding hopper (5) is provided with a passage (15) to fed crop residue into a cutting unit (24). An electric motor (23) and an AC servo motor (8) to regulate speed and direction of motion in response to feedback. Multiple solar panels (25) are provided with a solar inverter (26) to convert DC to AC to operate a system (10). A net meter (27) is connected to the solar inverter to measure generation of electricity through solar panels. The frame extends downward with two legs (21) to maintain the base above from ground. A leg is provided with wheels to control the system to move. USE - Solar-powered biomass shredder system for preparation of organic materials in applications. ADVANTAGE - The system operates entirely on renewable energy, reduces dependence on fossil fuels and minimizes emissions compared to traditional shredders, and provides efficient cutting for crop residues for downstream processes for bio-composting and biogas production.
