成果简介NOVELTY - Method for 3D printing walls in high-rise buildings, involves a. attaching a movable open railing structure to pre-existing vertical pillars, where the railing structure is configured to move along the vertical axis of the pillars; b. coupling a horizontal railing structure to the movable railing, the horizontal railing supporting a nozzle; c. extruding a printing material mixer through the nozzle to construct walls layer by layer, based on G-code instructions specifying wall dimensions and thickness; d. smoothing the extruded layers in real-time using a smoothening plate positioned adjacent to the nozzle; e. formulating the mixer to harden within minutes of air exposure and achieve full structural integrity within 5-6 hours. USE - Method for 3D printing walls in high-rise buildings ADVANTAGE - The system reduces construction time by allowing rapid hardening and layer-by-layer deposition of material. G-code programming ensures accurate wall dimensions and integration of architectural features. The specialized material composition minimizes wastage and incorporates eco-friendly additives. The system's compact design and pillar-mounted framework enable use in confined urban environments. Automated processes reduce labor costs and material wastage, making the system economically viable for large-scale projects. By addressing the limitations of prior 3D printing systems, the present invention provides a groundbreaking solution for high-rise construction, paving the way for efficient, sustainable, and precise building processes.
