The fourth layer essentially comprises anti-corrosive pigment(s). The amount of the anti-corrosive pigment(s) in the fourth layer is in the range of 90-100 wt.%. USE - Multilayered enamel coating composition for cookwares. ADVANTAGE - The multilayered enamel coating composition has better safety, increased shelf life, induction compatibility, rim rust resistance, scratch resistance and durability of the cookware. The multi-layered enamel coating cookware provides better safety in food preparation (without hampering nutrition). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing multilayered enamel coated composition onto a cookware, which involves providing a cleaned cookware with enamel application via sandblasting; coating the first layer being adhesion base coat layer onto the cookware at 700-850°C for time period in the range of 10-15 minutes to obtain first layer coated material; coating the second layer which is an intermediate protective layer onto the first layer coated material at 750-800°C for time period in the range of 10-15 minutes to obtain second layer coated material; coating the third layer which is scratch-resistant top coat layer onto the second layer coated material at 750-800°C for 10-15 minutes to obtain third layer coated material; and coating the fourth layer which is rim specific anti-corrosive layer onto the third layer coated material via thermal curing or air curing to obtain the multilayered enamel coated composition cookware. |
