| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Natural pesticide composition comprises a core active ingredient mixture comprising 25-30 wt.% azadirachtin-A, extracted from Azadirachta indicawith a concentration of 3000-5000 ppm; 20-25 wt.% karanjin, extracted from Pongamia pinnatawith a minimum 2% karanjin content; and 15 wt.% citronellal, extracted from Cymbopogon narduswith 80-85% purity; and a triple-layer encapsulation system comprising an inner layer of deacetylated chitosan with a degree of deacetylation > 85%, modified with N -trimethyl chitosan chloride at 2-3 wt.%; a middle layer of sodium alginate cross-linked with calcium chloride, forming a matrix at 3-4 wt.%; and an outer layer of zein protein coating (α-zein fraction) modified with sodium caseinate at 2-3 wt.%. USE - Natural pesticide composition used for controlling agricultural pests, such as Lepidoptera, Hemiptera, and Acari (claimed). No biological data is given. ADVANTAGE - The composition exhibit release profile of an initial burst release of 30± 5% within 2 hours; sustained release of 40 ± 5% over 7 days; and extended release of 30± 5% over 8-13 days; and has demonstrating temperature stability up to 50 ± 2 ℃; UV stability for > 30 days under natural sunlight; rain fastness, resistant to 25 mm rainfall after 30 minutes of application; and shelf life of 24 months at room temperature; has mean particle size of 200 nm ± 100 nm; Polydispersity index (PDI) < 0.3; and zeta potential of -25 to -35 mV; and has encapsulation efficiency of > 90± 2% for the core active ingredients; > 85 ± 2% for the synergistic activators; and overall loading capacity of > 75 ± 3%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for 1. a method for preparing the composition which involves: (a) preparing a nano- emulsion of the core active ingredients using ultrasonication at 20 kHz; (b) performing sequential encapsulation through ionic gelation; (c) conducting cross-linking under controlled temperature conditions between 20-25 ℃; and (d) controlling particle size through homogenization to achieve a mean size of 100-300 nm; and 2. a method for controlling agricultural pests, which involves applying the composition at an application rate of 2-5 mL/liter water; an application interval of 15-20 days; and targeting the pests. |
