成果简介	NOVELTY - Preparing nimbadi tulle comprises: (a) cleaning, drying, and processing neem, haridra, mulethi, karanj, and giloy herbs into powder and small parts; (b) extracting active compounds from herbs using a hydroalcoholic solution (70% ethanol) in a Soxhlet apparatus until the solvent is colorless, and filtering the extract to remove residues; (c) concentrating herbal extract under reduced pressure and drying; (d) melting paraffin wax at 60-70℃ and mixing the dried herbal extract into the wax with continuous stirring to achieve a uniform distribution; (e) dipping sterile tulle gauze pieces into the herbal wax mixture for uniform impregnation, removing excess wax, and allowing the tulle to cool and solidify; (f) sealing the impregnated tulle pieces between butter papers (101), packing individually in sterile plastic pouches, and sterilizing using UV radiation for microbial decontamination; and (g) storing the sterilized tulle in non-transparent, sealed plastic bags in a cool. USE - Method for preparing nimbadi tulle for managing chronic non-healing ulcers, surgical wound care, burn treatment and diabetic ulcers, and providing support for grafts and flaps; accelerating wound healing and promoting tissue regeneration; and reducing infection risks and associated complications, such as severe wound deterioration or limb amputation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nimbadi tulle (102) comprises: (a) cleaning, drying, and processing neem, haridra, mulethi, karanj, and giloy herbs into powder and small parts; (b) extracting the active compounds from the herbs using a hydroalcoholic solution (70% ethanol) in a Soxhlet apparatus until the solvent is colorless, and filtering the extract to remove residues; (c) concentrating the herbal extract under reduced pressure at 40-50℃ to obtain a semi-solid crude extract and drying it under controlled conditions; (d) melting paraffin wax at a temperature of 60-70℃ and mixing the dried herbal extract into the wax with continuous stirring to achieve a uniform distribution; (e) dipping sterile 10×10 cm tulle gauze pieces into the herbal wax mixture for uniform impregnation, removing excess wax, and allowing the tulle to cool and solidify; (f) sealing the impregnated tulle pieces between butter papers, packing individually in sterile plastic pouches, and sterilizing using UV radiation for microbial decontamination; and (g) storing the sterilized tulle in non-transparent, sealed plastic bags in a cool, dry, sterile environment away from sunlight and moisture to maintain sterility and efficacy.
