USE - Synergistic geopolymer concrete composition. ADVANTAGE - The synergistic geopolymer concrete composition enhances workability, improves density and flowability, reduces setting time of concrete, water demand, and porosity, and degradation under extreme environmental conditions, and increases resistance to chemical attacks, including chloride and sulfate penetration, exhibits enhanced durability against freeze-thaw cycles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing geopolymer concrete composition, which involves: a. mixing fly ash, phosphogypsum, and micro silica to form a binder; b. adding alkali activators and aggregates to the binder; and c. homogenizing the mixture to form a geopolymer concrete suitable for casting. |
