| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The mixer (1) has two discs (2,3) mounted on a drive shaft (4) and mixing blades (5) mounted between two discs. The mixing blades are perforated. The upper disc is made with a conical funnel (6) opening into an annular opening (7) in the center of the upper disc. The lower disc is made solid. The ends of the discs are closed with a uniformly perforated ring (9). USE - Closed type turbine mixer for mixing high-viscosity and low-viscosity liquids in chemical, petrochemical, mining, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, and in environmental processes of disposal and neutralization of liquid waste. ADVANTAGE - The design of the turbine mixer allows to accelerate the mixed liquids in a conical funnel and to intensify the process of mixing the liquids by breaking liquids into drops and mixing first in the cavity inside the turbine mixer under the action of a whirlpool. The mixer ensures higher mixing efficiency and productivity by reducing the time required for the process under the action of perforated blades, by forcing the liquids through a uniformly perforated ring under the action of centrifugal forces.
