| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a bottom electrode (104) provided with a bilayer of aluminium and silver, an aluminum layer and a silver layer. An active layer (108) is disposed on the bottom electrode. An electron transport layer (106) and a hole transport layer (110) are disposed adjacent to the active layer. A top electrode (112) is disposed on the hole transport layer. The top electrode is provided with a material that is transparent and conductive. An encapsulating layer (114) is used for surrounding an organic semiconductor-based device main body. The organic semiconductor-based device main body exhibits no shorting behavior under dark or illuminated conditions for demonstrating rectifying behavior in dark and photovoltaic behavior under illumination. USE - Optimized organic semiconductor device with aluminum-silver electrode for an organic solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The device built with the modified bottom electrode exhibits a significantly higher yield as well as performance efficiency, so that more functional and better devices can be produced during manufacturing, and both device yield and performance can be improved by preventing micro-shorts while maintaining excellent electrical characteristics, thus enhancing conductivity, resulting in high-yield devices that exhibit rectifying behavior in the dark and efficient solar cell characteristics under illumination, and eliminating need for reverse bias pulses to break shorts formed during fabrication.
