| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has an X-shaped frame (101) including a first body and a second body, connected by a pivot joint (102). A microphone is integrated in the frame for enabling a user to provide input voice commands for punching a user-desired hole in a belt. An artificial intelligence-based imaging unit (104) is integrated in the frame and paired with a processor for capturing and processing images in vicinity of the frame, respectively to determine dimensions of the belt. A microcontroller is linked with the imaging unit for processing the dimensions for evaluating optimal punch and eyelet placement coordinates. A laser projection unit (105) is arranged on the frame that is actuated by the microcontroller to project laser beams onto the evaluated coordinates. USE - Hand-held eyelet installation assistive device for accurately determining dimensions of belt for ensuring precise placement of punch holes and eyelets according to specific requirements provided by user. ADVANTAGE - The device extends lifespan of the belt, so that more robust and resistant are provided to tearing or stretching, by preventing wear and tear around these holes, performs automated process to enhance efficiency and accuracy in preparing the belt for eyelet installation, and utilizes robotic link and motorized cutter combination to ensure precise cutting of strands without causing damage to a surrounding belt material or compromising integrity of a punched hole. The device ensures comfortable and secure handling by the user during belt modification process for optimizing user control and accuracy, accurately determines the dimensions of the belt for ensuring precise placement of punch holes and eyelets according to specific requirements provided by the user, and guides the user to position the belt precisely for optimal punching and enhancing overall precision and efficiency of modification process.
