成果简介NOVELTY - Phenylpyrazole-based ligand (I) is new. USE - Phenylpyrazole-based ligand for transition metals to catalyze reactions for C(sp2) C(sp2) cross-electrophile coupling an aryl triflate and aryl bromide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ligands as a portion of the catalyst system in efficient C(sp2) C(sp2) cross-electrophile coupling reactions of aryl bromides and aryl triflates, to improve yield of the desired cross-coupled product, where catalysts systems comprises the transition metal ligands for the coupling reactions of aryl halide and aryl triflate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Phenylpyrazole-based ligand of formula (I) is new. R1, R2=hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, and -OR;R3=hydrogen, methyl, tent-butyl;R=alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, and -(CH2)m-R4;(R)2 signifies two R functional groups=alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl; and R4=alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl and heteroaralkyl; and m=0-8. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: A method for preparing the ligands, which involves: reacting the dialkoxy aryl bromide having formula (VII) with pyrazole coupling partners having formula (VIII) using a copper catalyzed C-N bond formation in presence of a solvent, adding a regent selected from Cy2PCl, iPr2PCl or Chlorodiphenylphosphine (Ph2PCl) to the reaction mixture of the C-N coupled product from (b) in a solvent to obtain ligands. A method for C(sp2) C(sp2) cross-electrophile coupling an aryl triflate and aryl bromide in presence of ligand of formula (I), a base and a solvent.
