| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a phase-shifted full-bridge (PSFB) converter for operating in a full-bridge mode in high-load conditions. A flyback topology is integrated within the converter to enable the converter to operate in a flyback mode at a light-load condition. A control unit performs a transition process between the full-bridge mode and the flyback mode based on load conditions to enhance overall efficiency and minimize switching losses. A thermal management system dissipates heat generated in mode transitions. The control unit communicates with an external power management system to coordinate load balancing across multiple chargers in a charging network. USE - Power conversion system for electric vehicle charging. ADVANTAGE - The system applies converter functions in resonant mode under heavy loads for zero-voltage switching and in flyback mode in light load conditions to reduce switching losses and enhance efficiency, integrates the flyback topology within the PSFB converter to achieve improved light load efficiency, seamless mode transitions, and overall energy efficiency improvements of over 25 percentage, and ensures a robust solution for variable load scenarios in EV charging applications for the converter.
