| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Quantification of pesticides residue in water samples comprises: taking 20 ml water sample in a centrifuge tube; taking 8 ml mixture of dichloromethane and hexane in a 40:60 vol./vol. ratio; vortexing it for 2 minutes; centrifuge it for 10 minutes at 5000 rpm at room temperature; after centrifugation, collecting 4 ml of supernatant (upper organic layer) in another test tube; evaporating in the turbovap under nitrogen at 40℃; adding 0.5 ml acetonitrile in the test tube after drying; filtering it in a vial; and analyzing it in the LC-MS/MS or GC-MS /MS. USE - The method is useful for quantification of pesticides residue in packaged drinking water and/or ground water samples, where the pesticides are used in the field of agriculture for a long time since they are important for the protection of plants against harmful pests and diseases in humans. ADVANTAGE - The method is rapid and cost-effective. The method eliminates the use of large volume of samples and toxic solvents. It provides the utmost accuracy, and reduces the environmental pollution. It maintains the integrity of the sample and prevents the degradation or loss of the pesticide's residue during extraction. It is an environment friendly method for the quantification of pesticide residues in water sample. |
