成果简介	NOVELTY - The machine has gas pipes and valves for enabling controlled delivery of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to flame torches with adjustable flame intensity. A tractor-driven power take-off (PTO) mechanism is operatively connected to a conveyor belt system, and enables adjustable soil movement speed. Support wheels are attached to a frame for maintaining operational stability during soil treatment. A soil pulverization unit and a heating chamber are operatively integrated, and enable simultaneous soil pulverization and flame-based disinfestation to eliminate pests, pathogens, and weed seeds for providing an eco-friendly and efficient method for soil preparation. USE - Soil pulverizer and flame disinfectant machine for soil disinfection and aeration by generating shock waves and a flow of detonation products on soil particles. ADVANTAGE - The machine enhances overall crop productivity and quality by improving soil conditions and reducing pest and disease pressure. The machine combines soil pulverization and flame disinfestation into a single machine, and provides an environmentally safe method to eliminate soil borne pests, pathogens, and weed seeds without relying on harmful chemicals and reduces the time and labor required for soil preparation, making the process more efficient and cost-effective. The machine reduces time, labor, and chemical dependency, while promoting sustainable farming practices.
