成果简介NOVELTY - A solar-powered thermoelectric helmet has a helmet shell designed to protect wearer, a thermoelectric generator (TEG) mounted on exterior of the helmet, operable to generate a cooling effect by utilizing solar energy, and phase change materials (PCMs) integrated within the helmet for thermal energy storage and management, configured to absorb and release latent heat to maintain a comfortable internal temperature. USE - Solar-powered thermoelectric helmet for efficient cooling and thermal management for wearers. ADVANTAGE - The helmet can implement innovative thermal comfort solutions which mitigate heat retention, provide cooling effect for wearers, ensuring comfort during prolonged use in high-temperature environments, provide active cooling inside the helmet using TEG, which reduces impact of external heat while maintaining pre-cooled PCM pack at lower temperatures for extended periods, utilize solar energy as primary power source for cooling system, minimizing reliance on external power and ensuring sustainable and continuous operation during helmet use, ensure the helmet's lightweight and ergonomic design, integrating solar panels and TEGs in compact and energy-efficient manner without compromising the user's comfort or safety, and integrate a temperature monitoring system with control circuits that optimize the TEG and PCM operation in real-time for maintaining thermal comfort, while offering an optional battery for powering the TEG during night time or low-light conditions.
