| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Genetically modifying microbial strains involves: (a) identifying genes involved in the metabolic degradation of specific environmental pollutants; (b) introducing or optimizing said genes in microbial strains using a genome-editing technique; and (c) engineering stress resistance traits to improve survival in extreme environmental conditions. USE - Method for genetically modifying microbial strains used in bioremediation for soil, water, and industrial waste treatment, contributing to sustainable environmental restoration efforts with enhanced performance. ADVANTAGE - The genetic modification of microorganisms enhance their ability to degrade, detoxify, or transform environmental pollutants such as hydrocarbons, pesticides, heavy metals, and other hazardous compounds. The genetically modified microorganisms has enhanced bioremediation capabilities, and it address the challenges of pollutant specificity, degradation efficiency, and environmental adaptability. The method integrate real-time monitoring systems that track pollutant degradation and microbial activity, and provide an efficient, safe, and sustainable solution for environmental pollution mitigation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for bioremediation, which involves: (1) modifying the genetically engineered microbes to degrade specific pollutants, including hydrocarbons, heavy metals, or pesticides; (2) encapsulating modified genetically engineered microbes in a biocompatible matrix for deployment; and (3) monitoring the encapsulated modified genetically engineered microbes for pollutant degradation and environmental impact. |
