成果简介NOVELTY - Formulation comprises silver nano particles capped with extract of Datura innoxiaflowers, whrere nanoparticles are spherical shaped with size 224.1 nm, 26.24 polydispersity and -2.966 millivolt surface zeta potential and FTIR peaks prominently at 3264.89 cm-1, 2922.59 cm-1, 2329.59 cm-1and 2111.67 cm-1and elemental composition comprises silver (Ag), chlorine (Cl), carbon (C) and oxygen (O). USE - Formulation for treating antibiotic resistant Escherichia colistrains. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The formulation is safe and no toxic effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included method for preparing formulation comprises: preparing Datura innoxia flowers extract by cleaning and grinding Datura innoxia flowers to a paste, mixing autoclaved distilled water with paste to form a mixture, macerating the mixture overnight by steeping for 12 hours, filtering through Whatman filter paper for preparing extract preparation of nanoparticles comprising mixing extract with 1 millimolar silver nitrate (AgNO3) in 4:1 ratio and dark incubating at room temperature till extract mixture turns blackish brown to form the nanoparticles, centrifuging nanoparticle mixture formulation.
