| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - 1T phase Janus molybdenum sulfur selenium (MoSSe) structure composition comprises (i) 0.2-0.5 wt./wt.% ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate; (ii) 0.1-0.2 wt./wt.% thiourea; (iii) 65-75 vol./wt.% water-ethanol-N-methyl pyrrolidone mixture; (iv) 0.05-0.1 wt./wt.% selenium powder; and (v) 25-30 vol./wt.% hydrazine hydrate. The water-ethanol-N-methyl pyrrolidone mixture is a mixture of water, ethanol, and N-methyl pyrrolidone in a ratio of 2:2:1. USE - The composition is useful in energy storage systems e.g. supercapacitors and batteries. ADVANTAGE - The composition: has improved physical and optical characteristics; exhibits improved properties e.g. tunable band-gaps and exceptional mechanical and thermal properties; and exhibits improved features e.g. inherent dipole moment, which may be used in a variety of applications e.g. photodetectors, catalysis, and spintronics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for synthesis of the 1T phase Janus molybdenum sulfur selenium structure composition comprising (a) adding the ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate and thiourea to the water ethanol-N-methyl pyrrolidone mixture, followed by stirring to obtain a homogeneous dispersion, (b) adding the selenium powder in the hydrazine hydrate, followed by sonication to obtain a black suspension, (c) mixing the homogeneous suspension and black suspension, and stirring for a time duration of 100-140 minutes at 550-650 rpm using a magnetic stirrer to obtain a resultant mixture, followed by transferring the mixture to a 100 ml Teflon (RTM: PTFE)-line stainless steel autoclave and sealing the autoclave, (d) placing the sealed autoclave in a muffle furnace and subjecting to a temperature of 180-220℃ for 22-26 hours for carrying out hydrothermal process to obtain a final product and (e) washing the obtained final product repeatedly with deionized water and ethanol using centrifugation at 8000-10000 rpm for 5-10 minutes each for 3 times to remove residual chemicals and impurities, followed by subjecting clean material so obtained to vacuum drying in an oven at a temperature of 50-70℃ and at 650-700 mm Hg pressure for 5-7 hours to obtain the 1T phase Janus MoSSe structure. |
