成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a current source (1) for electroabrasive machining of a product (10), a current source (2) for electrochemical dressing of an abrasive conductive tool (9) and a current switching unit (3) equipped with two relays (4, 5) for supplying current to electrical circuits formed by the current sources. A workpiece, the abrasive conductive tool and a programmable control unit are connected to the current switching unit. An input of a relay is connected to a negative pole of the current source for electroabrasive processing of the workpiece. The input of the other relay is connected to a positive pole of the current source for electrochemical straightening of the abrasive conductive tool. The two end sensors (6, 7) for determining the extreme positions of a tool are designed to perform reciprocating horizontal movements and vertical feed for removing a layer of material from a product. The sensors are connected to the control unit. USE - Device for electrochemical processing and tool dressing. ADVANTAGE - The device improves the quality of control of the process of electrochemical processing of a metal product and electrochemical straightening of an abrasive conductive tool.
