| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves incorporating eco-friendly chemical admixtures, including natural pozzolans, alkali activators, and bio-based additives, to enhance the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) and bonding between recycled aggregates and the cement matrix. The water absorption and porosity of recycled aggregate concrete is reduced through the addition of nanomaterials, i.e. nano-silica, which refine the microstructure and improve the overall density of the concrete. The green chemistry solution is provided for enhancing the chloride ion resistance of recycle aggregate concrete, involving the use of polymeric and bio based admixtures that effectively seal micro cracks and reduce permeability, increasing durability. USE - Method for improving mechanical strength of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) by incorporating eco-friendly chemical admixtures used in large-scale construction projects. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing recycled aggregate concrete, which has excellent mechanical strength and durability, and reduced environmental impact, and reduces the carbon footprint of construction activities, and improves the performance and durability of RAC, hydration processes, interfacial transition zone (ITZ) properties, and overall mechanical strength of the RAC. |
