| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The assembly has a charger (110) for charging a battery of an electric vehicle. A protection module (130) is arranged on/within a housing of the charger and positioned over a primary printed circuit board (PCB). The protection module is included a set of protection elements to interrupt input in the event of a fault condition. A secondary PCB is arranged between an input connector and the primary PCB (120). The secondary PCB is included a fuse that passes the neutral and phase input through the fuses and routes the neutral input to the PCB such that the fuse trips/blows to stop the current flow to the board. USE - Charging assembly for an electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The assembly allows the protection module to be easily replaced, reducing repair costs and time when protection components fail. The assembly and maintenance is easier compared to bolted or soldered connections. The charger assembly is scalable, allowing the same modular protection design to be used across different charger power levels for various electric vehicles.
