| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device comprises a source electrode and a drain electrode that are designed to facilitate charge transport through an organic semiconductor (OSC) layer, where an organic semiconductor layer modulates electrical current between the source and drain electrodes in response to changes in potential at a gate electrode. A dielectric layer is electrically isolating the gate electrode from the organic semiconductor. A gate electrode is coated with boronic acid or a boronic acid derivative for selective, reversible binding of glucose molecules, a passivation layer isolating the organic semiconductor from the liquid environment, and a liquid cell having an inlet for introducing an analyte solution and an outlet for removal of the solution, where glucose binding to the gate electrode modulates the source drain current through the organic semiconductor, providing a measurable electrical response correlated with glucose concentration. USE - Organic thin-film transistor (OTFT)-based glucose sensing device for detecting glucose concentrations in a liquid environment. ADVANTAGE - The device offers a non enzymatic, field-effect sensing mechanism that ensures greater stability, durability, and reusability over time. Provides glucose sensor with improved specificity, minimizing interference from other substances commonly found in biological and environmental sample.
