USE - Multi-action skin cream composition for treatment of skin inflammation, bacterial infections and fungal infections along with displaying skin-rejuvenating and skin-lightening effect. ADVANTAGE - The composition displays anti-acne, skin-rejuvenating and skin-lightning effects, and which is safe to use and does not display any side effects. The composition has good stability, economical and eco-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing multi-action skin cream composition, which involves adding water to the water phase vessel and heating to 70-75°C±2°C followed by adding methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate slowly such that it dissolves completely in water, preparing the oil phase by mixing glyceryl monostearate, steareth-2 I, steareth-02, stearic acid, white soft paraffin and propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate in the oil phase vessel and heating to 75-80°C ± 2°C, preparing a slurry of clobetasol propionate with a larger fraction of propylene glycol, where a small fraction of propylene glycol is retained to rinse the vessel after transferring the slurry, to dissolve the remaining clobetasol propionate, transferring the entire contents of the water phase vessel into the manufacturing vessel whose temperature is maintained at 70-75°C±2°C, followed by adding and dispersing sandalwood, curcumin and saffron under stirring, such that the solution is uniform without any lumpy formations, adding camphor in the oil phase vessel maintained at 75-80°C ± 2°C, after all the waxes in the oil phase vessel have liquefied, and stirring well to dissolve it, followed by transferring the contents of the oil phase vessel into the manufacturing vessel containing the water phase with the active ingredients, stirring well and starting the homogenizer to homogenize the contents of the manufacturing vessel for 30 minutes at 70-75°C ± 1°C, cooling the mixture with stirring until the temperature falls to 65°C and adding clobetasol propionate slurry and homogenizing with stirring at 65±2°C followed by rinsing the slurry vessel with propylene glycol and adding it to the manufacturing vessel, checking the pH after stirring and adjusting the pH to 4.86 using sodium hydroxide or salicylic acid dissolved in water and cooling the mixture with slow mixing for around 60 minutes or until the temperature falls to 32-34°C± 2℃.
