| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The electric drive has a freewheel clutch (5) that is designed with the possibility of axial movement on the shaft of the manual backup (3) to ensure engagement and disengagement with the shaft of the gearbox (2). The main portion of the manual backup is provided with radially installed pins (13) which are located in the triangular grooves (12) to ensure axial movement of the freewheel clutch during automatic disengagement of the manual backup. The freewheel clutch is provided with a collar (14), a fork (15), a sprocket (16) and rollers. The collar is designed with the ability to rotate around the axis and axially move the freewheel clutch toward the flywheel (7), for disconnecting the connection with the manual backup shaft (6) in the event of the electric motor is switched on in manual control mode by transmitting torque to the sprocket and jamming one of the rollers in the groove between the sprocket and the collar. USE - Electric drive with manual backup, of pipeline valves used in pipeline transport to control shut-off, shut-off and control pipeline valves of oil and gas pipelines, thermal and nuclear power plants, chemical and other industries. ADVANTAGE - The maintenance of the manual backup in the on position is facilitated by the lock, the spring-loaded balls are located in the mating grooves of the sleeve, so that the operator does not need to hold the manual backup in the on position when rotating the flywheel. The axial movement of the freewheel clutch is provided towards the flywheel, for disconnecting the connection with the shaft of the manual backup, so that the dynamic impact on the operator's hands is not felt during the automatic disconnection of the manual backup. The manual control of the electric drive is ensured, and the reliability, safety and convenience of the electric drive during operation are ensured.
