成果简介NOVELTY - The system (100) has a gas delivery module (200) for receiving compressed biogas (CBG) at a pressure of a bar at an end from a CBG carrying vehicle and successively reducing the pressure of the CBG by deploying multiple stages mechanically connected in succession. A first end of an ignition module (400) is mechanically coupled to the third stage of the gas delivery module. A second end of the ignition module is operably coupled to a zinc kettle and ignites and maintains flame to provide heating to the zinc kettle. An electronic monitoring and control module (300) is communicatively coupled to the gas delivery module and the ignition module and receives data from multiple sensors. USE - Hot dip galvanization system for a molten zinc kettle for coating iron or steel with a layer of zinc by immersing a metal in a bath of molten zinc. ADVANTAGE - The system deploys a sustainable fuel such as the CBG. The system incorporates a module for reducing the pressure of the CBG to make it suitable for combustion. The module for ignition management of CBG achieves and maintains the desired temperature of the molten zinc kettle. The system also incorporates the module for real-time monitoring and control of the system parameters and alarm generation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for performing hot dip galvanization by a system.
