成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a multi-layered poly film structure provided with a neutral angle sandwich lamination that is configured to resist longitudinal and hoop stresses under varying internal water pressures. A high-density polyethylene woven laminated fabric is integrated with low-density polyethylene nd linear low-density polyethylene layers to enhance durability and tear resistance. An one-sided T-joint or lateral outlet is designed without reversing for facilitating seamless fluid branching or redirection with reduced pressure loss, where seamless fluid branching includes diameters ranging from 03.80 inches to 10.60 inches and thickness of multi layered poly film is calculated about 100 to 500 Guage for performing efficient water distribution USE - Flexible irrigation system for high density polyethylene environment protection pipeline well of agricultural applications. ADVANTAGE - The flexible water pipe can be directly connected to any water source or outlet such as direct delivery/distribution lines, pipe well, diesel engines/canals, and can be used to deliver/transport water to part of the field with water traveling upto 1,000 feet in appro. 12-15 minutes.
