| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Preparing bioactive extract comprises:(i) collecting and drying Ailanthus excelsaleaves at 25℃ for 7 days, away from direct sunlight; (ii) grinding the dried leaves into fine powder; (iii) extracting the powdered material using hydrochloric acid as the solvent; (iv) evaporating the solvent at 40℃ using rotary evaporator; (v) drying the resultant crude extract in hot air oven at 50℃ for 24 hours; (vi) storing the dried crude extract in sealed containers at room temperature to maintain its stability; and (vii) evaluating the extract therapeutic potential by conducting acute oral toxicity studies and assessing analgesic activity using a hot plate method wherein the extract demonstrates significant dose dependent analgesic efficacy and is non-toxic up to a dose of 2000 mg/kg. USE - Method for preparing bioactive extract from Ailanthus excelsaleaves and evaluating its therapeutic potential for pain management solutions. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The bioactive extract Ailanthus excelsaensures high yield and reproducibility, improved therapeutic efficacy, and safe with no adverse effects, confirms safe doses up to 2000 mg/kg and provides significant dose-dependent efficacy at 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg, comparable to the standard drug Indomethacin, sustainable, plant-based alternative with effective therapeutic benefits, eco-friendly extraction, stability, and reliability for large-scale applications. |
