| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method of sustainable extraction of non-edible oil from effluent dairy waste scum (DWS) involves (a) performing primary filtration by passing the DWS through a mesh to weed out larger unwanted elements and particles, (b) performing liquefaction of DWS by collecting DWS in semi-solid stage and heating DWS for liquefaction with lower viscosity and higher fluidity, (c) using an oil pump with a flow regulating valve and transfer line to transport the fluid DWS from the liquefaction section to secondary filtration unit, (d) performing secondary filtration by passing hot DWS fluid through a fine micron-grade filter assembly to remove unwanted microparticles and produce clean fuel oil from liquid DSW, and (e) using sump to collect, store and preserve purified non-edible oil. (Abstract based on disclosure). USE - Method of sustainable extraction of non-edible oil from effluent DWS. ADVANTAGE - The simple, economical and environmentally friendly method is initiative of sustainable conversion of DWS into nonedible oil (energy source), through extraction, and mitigate the waste disposal challenge. |
