| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Enhancing in gear performance involves using nano cerium oxide as a lubricant additive in gear oil. The castor oil is obtained and purified. The nano-CeO2particles are synthesized or procured and characterized for size and morphology. The nano-CeO2is dispersed in castor oil at 0.2% concentration. The TGA (thermo-gravimetric analysis) is performed to assess the thermal stability of the base oil and the nano-composite lubricant. The samples are heated under controlled conditions, and weight loss is monitored as a function of temperature. The data is analyzed to determine the onset and peak temperatures of decomposition, as well as the overall thermal stability of the formulations. USE - Method for enhancing in gear performance used in the castrol lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The nano cerium oxide as lubricant additive has promising benefits, including reduced wear and friction, which enhances longevity and efficiency of mechanical components, better fuel efficiency and lower maintenance costs for machinery using these advanced lubricants, improves gear efficiency, longer equipment lifespan by enhancing heat dissipation and reducing friction, helps maintain optimal performance under high-stress conditions, and provides better thermal stability and protection under high load conditions. |
