| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The impeller has an impeller main body provided with an aluminum alloy core. A hard facing layer is formed in a surface of the aluminum alloy core. The hard-facing layer is selected from a group consisting of tungsten carbide, cobalt-based alloys, and nickel-based alloys. The impeller main body is provided with a rotating device with primary function to transfer energy from a pump's motor to the fluid being pumped. An impeller spin accelerates the fluid outwards from a center for generating centrifugal force coupled with increased velocity and results in pressure rise. USE - Hard faced aluminum alloy impeller for use in centrifugal pumps for handling fluids containing solids or debris. ADVANTAGE - The impeller has optimized blade geometry for efficient fluid flow, optimized flow channels to minimize energy loss, high-strength aluminum alloy core for lightweight and durability, and optimized performance for a wide range of fluids and operating conditions, so that downtime and maintenance costs can be reduced, energy consumption and operational costs can be lowered, and system load can be minimized, thus improving energy efficiency, achieving easier installation and handling, and hence improving corrosion resistance, preventing damage from aggressive fluids, and extending service life in harsh environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing the hard faced aluminum alloy impeller.
