| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has an Elastollan to provide wear resistance and flexibility. A vibration-damping layer is provided with Sorbothane to reduce excessive oscillations and optimize energy conversion. A force distribution layer is provided with Kraton to ensure effective distribution of mechanical stress from passing vehicles. Piezoelectric sensors are embedded within the rumble strip, made of PZT-5H (lead zirconate titanate), and are configured to convert the mechanical pressure exerted by vehicles passing over the strip into electrical energy. A protective coating is provided with SikaCor 4000 primer, and is applied to the strip surface. USE - Kinetic energy harvesting system using piezoelectric enables rumble strips. ADVANTAGE - The system converts kinetic energy from moving vehicles into usable electrical energy, effectively utilizing energy that would otherwise go to waste. The system reduces dependency on conventional power sources, contributing to the overall efficiency of transportation systems. By utilizing clean, renewable energy generated from traffic motion.
