成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a driving shaft configured with a set of high-strength permanent magnets or electromagnets arranged in a precise configuration to generate a magnetic field. A driven shaft is positioned in proximity to the driving shaft for maintaining an air gap between the magnets. The driven shaft is configured with a set of corresponding magnets aligned to interact with the magnetic field of the driving shaft. A torque transfer mechanism is enabled by interaction of magnetic fields between the driving and driven shafts. An alignment control system maintains optimal alignment between the magnets of the driving and driven shafts to maximize torque transfer efficiency. USE - Magnetic power transmission system for use in industries e.g. food processing industries, medical equipment industries, precision machinery industries and electric vehicles industries, for transferring torque between shafts without physical contact. ADVANTAGE - The system eliminates mechanical wear and reduces vibration by using non-contact technology, thus improving system's operational lifespan and reliability. The system utilizes sensors to monitor and adjust parameters like shaft alignment and field strength for optimal performance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a torque transfer mechanism of a magnetic power transmission system.
