USE - Formulation for treating plant pathogen diseases in grapes. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included method for preparing formulation comprising: (i) preparing extract of Desmostachya bipinnataleaves by cleaning and grinding leaves of Desmostachya bipinnatainto paste, mixing 500ml autoclaved distilled water with 120gms paste to obtain mixture; (ii) boiling the mixture for 30 minutes, and steeping for 12 hours, filtering through Whatman filter paper for preparing extract;(iii) nanoparticles preparation comprises mixing extract with 1 millimolar silver nitrate (AgNO3) in the ratio of 9:1 and exposing to sunlight till extract mixture turns blackish brown to form the nanoparticles ; and (iv) centrifuging nanoparticle mixture at 8500 revolution/minute for 20 minutes at 40° to obtain pellets, washing with 70% ethanol and drying using hot air oven at 650℃ to obtain fine powder of the formulation.
