成果简介	NOVELTY - The filter has a filter body provided with a housing (1), a cover (3), a bottom end (4), gas inlet and outlet pipes (2, 5), a pipe (6) for removing a captured dust, and a set of sleeves (11) equipped with a weight and secured to the cover by a set of cylindrical springs (9). The weight is equipped with an additional ring, where the mass of the weight is determined by an expression including a weight of the additional ring, elasticity of a set of coils of the cylindrical spring, a pulse blowing frequency and a weight of the sleeve with a load and an accumulated sediment, and the sleeve is made of an elastic tubular knitwear with a specific range of a rib weave. USE - Sleeve filter for cleaning gases from particles and droplets of a dispersed media in different industries. Uses include but are not limited to chemical industries, oil industries, fuel and energy industries, textile industries, food industries, pharmaceutical industries, building material industries and environmental processes for cleaning flue gases and ventilation emissions. ADVANTAGE - The filter allows the additional ring to be attached to the load to ensure a free entry of a dusty gas into the sleeve during inside-out filtration or an exit of a purified gas during outside-in filtration, thus increasing throughput capacity of the sleeve for the purified gas, and efficiency of the filter body.
