| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Preparing stable jaggery from palmyrah inflorescence sap, comprises: (a) obtaining a liquid palmyrah inflorescence sap as starting material from unopened inflorescence of palm trees using cool box method; (b) subjecting the liquid starting material to one filtration step to obtain a purified liquid starting material; (c) concentrating the liquid starting material; (d) continuous heating of concentrate up to 88° Brixs at 110℃ for 2.5-3 hours; (e) cooling the jaggery concentrate to semi-solid state; (f) pouring the concentrate into mould at semisolid state; (g) obtaining solid jaggery. USE - Method for preparing stable jaggery from palmyrah inflorescence sap for extending endurance during exercise and improving the muscle performance in a subject. ADVANTAGE - The method provides stable jaggery from palmyrah inflorescence sap that is stable and doesn't include any synthetic experiments/ carriers/preservatives thus making the product completely natural. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing jaggery powder from palmyrah inflorescence sap, comprising: (a1) obtaining a liquid palmyrah inflorescence sap as starting material from unopened inflorescence of palm trees using cool box method; (b1) subjecting the liquid starting material to one filtration step to obtain a purified liquid starting material; (c1) concentrating the liquid starting material; (d1) continuous heating of concentrate up to 88°Brixs at 110℃ for 2.5-3 hours; (e1) cooling the jaggery concentrate to semi-solid state; (f1) mixing semi-sold jaggery; (g1) pulverizing semi-solid jaggery; (h1) obtaining jaggery powder. |
