成果简介NOVELTY - The unit has plain bearings (2) with channels and groove-shaped recesses along inner surface, a shaft (1) with a screw (6) mounted in the plain bearings, a support (4) and lock washers (5). The plain bearings are made self-aligning in seats inside the support and in the lock washers, a cavity inside the shaft is made with a possibility of filling with oil from support side, and the shaft with the screw is made with possibility of setting lubricating oil in motion. The channels and groove-shaped recesses of the plain bearings are designed to allow the lubricating oil to circulate through the channels and the groove-shaped recesses. Other support (3) is installed in the seat of the support. USE - Bearing unit for bearing device for supporting electric motor shaft in unmanned aerial vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The bearing unit allows for circulation and uniform distribution of lubricating oil filling the shaft cavity in the plain bearings, which allows for heat removal from the friction zone, reduction of mechanical losses of the device and increase in the energy efficiency and reliability of the electric motor of unmanned aerial vehicles.
