成果简介	NOVELTY - The geartrain has a planetary gearset comprising a sun gear and a split planet carrier, where the sun gear comprises a set of inner teeth. A shifting sleeve is disposed within a bore in the sun gear and comprises first set of teeth and a second set of teeth, where first set of teeth of the shifting sleeve is adapted to be disposed in an engaged state with respect to the split planet carrier and the second set of teeth of the shifting sleeve is adapted to be disposed in the disengaged state with respect to the set of inner teeth of the sun gear when the dual speed geartrain (104) operates in a first gear mode. The first and second sets of teeth of shifting sleeve are adapted to be arranged in disengaged state with respect to split planet carrier and set of inner teeth of sun gear. An input shaft is operatively coupled to a motor shaft of a motor (116) in the vehicle (100). USE - Dual speed geartrain for an electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The improved dual speed geartrain is simple in design, compact, has less weight, is cost-efficient, easy to manufacture and assemble, requires a lesser packaging space, and achieves a higher gear ratio.
