成果简介NOVELTY - Thermal cracking system has a preheating section for providing preheated feedstock, and a thermal cracking section having one or more thermal cracking reactors configured for receiving the preheated feedstock and performing thermal cracking reactions of organic molecules present in the preheated feedstock, to produce organic intermediates that is acceptable to use in producing sustainable fuels or use as feedstock to produce circular plastics, where the thermal cracking reactors are plug flow type, modular, electrically heated and continuous thermal cracking reactors. USE - Thermal cracking system for producing organic intermediates. ADVANTAGE - The system is modular and maintains required operating parameters for the continuous long run lengths of a process such as desired heat transfer, heat flux rate, desired multiphase flow, pressure, temperature, reaction time, turbulent flow, liquid vapor volume ratio.
