A cooling system and a liquid flow pump are integrated with the microcontroller. A solar panel is connected to a rechargeable battery to power a system. The microcontroller analyses the data received from the temperature sensor and communicates a battery thermal state to a vehicle dashboard, provides real-time updates to a driver. The temperature sensor sends the signals to the microcontroller when temperatures exceed safe threshold values. A cooling system is provided with a coolant tank that circulates coolant through a liquid flow pump through copper pipes surrounding the vehicle battery, effectively absorbs heat, where the coolant is coolant oil, synthetic oil, mineral oil, or silicone oil. USE - Fire extinguishing and thermal management system for managing a battery temperature of electric vehicles. Uses include but are not limited to consumer electronics, industrial machines, automobiles, and home automation applications. ADVANTAGE - The system is intricately designed, incorporating various components that work synergistically to monitor and manage the thermal conditions of the battery, thus preventing potential hazards. The microcontroller processes the sensor data and conveys the battery's thermal condition to the vehicle's dashboard, delivering real-time information to the driver, while the temperature sensor is assigned to alert the microcontroller when temperatures exceed safe limits. The cooling mechanism comprises a coolant tank that circulates coolant by a liquid flow pump through copper tubing encasing the vehicles battery, effectively throwing away heat.
