| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a housing (1) provided with a cover (2). A shaft (5) is fixed with a propeller mixer and a perforated diffuser (8), where the shaft is made as a hollow-shaped structure. The shaft is communicated with a cavity (6) of a set of perforated blades (7) of the propeller mixer. The perforated diffuser is equipped with a conical skirt that is installed on a lower end of the perforated diffuser. The conical skirt directs circulation of liquids in an axial direction. The perforated diffuser is fixed on the shaft by a set of rods. USE - Mechanical stirrer integrated mixing device for mixing homogeneous Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquids, suspensions and emulsions in different industries. Uses include but are not limited to chemical industries, petrochemical industries, food industries, pharmaceutical industries, paint and varnish industries, mining industries and environmental processes for disposal of liquid and finely dispersed solid waste. ADVANTAGE - The device can increase intensity of mixing of highly viscous Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquids, emulsions and suspensions.
