| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Aerated visible-light photocatalytic reactor layered with the aluminum sheet for efficient removal of pharmaceutical contamination from water comprising outer cover having the holes for air circulation housing a multi-position stirrer to homogeneously mix the sample, visible light (LED), cooling tower for temperature controlling along with a measuring device for temperature and a sample container to hold the contaminated water. The photocatalytic reactor covered with aluminum sheet on the inner walls which avails the reflected light enhancing the photocatalytic activity for better utilization of the light through reflection of the light. USE - Aerated visible-light photocatalytic reactor layered with aluminum sheet for efficient removal of pharmaceutical contamination from water. ADVANTAGE - The reactor efficiently provides for the degradation of the contaminated pharmaceutical ingredient, enhances degradation of diclofenac sodium from simulated and hospital wastewater by making use of a cooling tower, visible light, and layers of aluminum sheet on the reactor's inner wall. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for process for efficient removal of pharmaceutical contamination from water, which involves subjecting the pharmaceutical contamination sample for the photocatalytic reaction in presence of photocatalyst in an aerated visible-light photocatalytic reactor layered with the aluminum sheet to efficiently degrade or remove the pharmaceutical contaminant. |
