| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The concrete has a fly ash, GGBS, and metakaolin as supplementary cementitious materials, where the use of synthetic fibers (Fibrofor) to enhance flexural strength, crack resistance, and toughness, and achieves EFNARC-compliant fresh properties, including flowability, passing ability, and segregation resistance. The superior hardened properties are includef compressive strength, tensile strength, and flexure strength. The sustainable construction is promoted by reducing cement content and utilizing industrial by-products. USE - Self-compacting concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete reduces permeability and enhanced crack resistance due to fiber reinforcement and SCMs; reduced cement content with effective utilization of industrial byproducts; and reduced cement usage, minimizing the environmental footprint. The addition of fibers improves the post-cracking behavior, enhancing the load carrying capacity and energy absorption. The selected mix designs, especially A-10 and A-14, outperform conventional SCC, making them ideal for high-performance applications in infrastructure, industrial, and architectural projects. |
