| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - An insecticidal composition comprises a synergistic combination of 0.1-30 wt.% fluxametamide, 0.1-30 wt.% bifenthrin, 0.1-30 wt.% Acetamiprid, and excipient. USE - Insecticidal composition for controlling insect pest such as fruit borer and whitefly in crops and plants e.g. brinjal, tomato, cotton, paddy, wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, sugarcane, peanut, radish, and jasmine. The ability of insecticidal composition to control pest was tested against whitefly population. The result showed that the insecticidal composition (comprising 10% fluxametamide, 10% bifenthrin, and 20% acetamiprid) exhibited high reduction rate of whiteflies of 89.29% after 5 days of spraying. ADVANTAGE - The insecticidal composition ensures improved synergistic effect, high efficacy at low dosage, broad-spectrum pest control, formulation stability, and minimal environmental impact, reduced likelihood of pest resistance, reduced phytotoxicity to crops, improved application efficiency, reduced health risks for farmers, consumers, and non-target organisms. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing suspension concentrate insecticidal composition or flowable suspension (FS) insecticidal composition, which comprises: (i) adding polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, propane-1,2,3-triol, nonionic proprietary surfactant blend and acrylic copolymer in demineralized dipropylene glycol solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3- one into the clean pre-mixing vessel fitted with homogenizer to form uniform premix; (ii) adding active ingredients such as fluxametamide, bifenthrin, acetamiprid, and precipitated silica to the obtained premix, and homogenizing until a uniform slurry is formed; (iii) passing the slurry through a jacketed bead mill with chilled water circulation, where a particle size (d90) of slurry is less than 20 microns, which ensures consistency and efficacy in application; (iv) transferring the milled slurry to a post-mixing vessel equipped with a stirrer; (v) adding a rheology modifier, preferably 2% xanthan gum solution in demineralized water; and (vi) mixing thoroughly until a homogeneous suspension concentrate (SC) is formed; or adding fluxametamide, bifenthrin, acetamiprid, precipitated silica, and coloring agent to the premix. |
