An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing pharmaceutical formulation, comprising: (a) accurately weighing the ingredients as per the formulation requirements; (b) melting beeswax in a first container i.e. beaker A and heating glycerine, castor oil, and any additional extracts or excipients in a second container i.e. beaker B until a homogenous mixture is obtained; (c) heating the contents of both containers to a uniform temperature of 90℃; (d) combining the contents of beaker B with beaker A while stirring continuously to ensure uniform mixing; (e) transferring the resultant mixture into suitable containers for lip balm and lipstick formulations and allowing it to cool at room temperature; (f) for oral drops, dissolving Eulophia guineensisextract in water under heating, followed by the sequential addition of glycerine, honey, propylene glycol, citric acid, and vanilla essence with continuous stirring until a viscous solution is formed, cooling to room temperature; (g) for buccal patches, preparing a solution by mixing water and propylene glycol in a 1:1 ratio, dissolving Eulophia guineensisextract in the solution under heating, adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), gelatin, sucrose, glycerine, sodium benzoate, and vanilla essence with continuous stirring until a viscous mixture is obtained, pouring the mixture into a petri plate, allowing it to cool and solidify, and cutting the solidified patch into pieces of desired dimensions.
