A button mounting frame and a mounting slot are arranged in the machine body. A sewing needle is operatively placed within the mounting slot. A driving assembly is arranged above the sewing needle for imparting motion. A collision protection unit is configured to preempt damage to sewing needle or fasteners. An artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) control mechanism integrates sensor data from mechanical alignment and system vibrations. The AI and ML control mechanism executes real-time predictive analytics and adaptive control to maintain precise needle penetration into fastener buttonholes. USE - Advanced button sewing machine used for production of a garment in garment manufacturing industry e.g. apparel manufacturing sector. ADVANTAGE - The machine ensures that the mechanical structures that guide the sewing needle and provide fasteners to continuously align through real-time artificial intelligence (AI)-based feedback, drastically reduces incidence of needle mis-penetration. The collision protection unit intercepts major mechanical collision scenario, protects machine components from abrupt damage, thus lowering maintenance overhead by mitigating the occurrence of misaligned button sewing. The machine ensures enhanced product quality, boosts brand reputation and diminishing reject rates. The system significantly curtails production costs by diminishing damage to needles and fasteners, reduces downtime from misalignment corrections or repeated re-calibrations. The sewing machine emerges as a stable, highly automated, and knowledge-based apparatus, pushes garment manufacturing towards an era of minimal manual oversight and consistent product quality.
