成果简介NOVELTY - The synergistic composite comprises: calcined kaolin; limestone powder; gypsum; cement; water; fine aggregates; coarse aggregates; and a superplasticizer. The ratio of the: calcined kaolin and limestone power is 2:1; calcined kaolin and gypsum is 66:1; the calcined kaolin and cement is 0.07:1-0.67:1; the calcined kaolin and fine aggregate is 0.04:1-0.2:1; the calcined kaolin and coarse aggregate is 0.05:1-0.27:1; the calcined kaolin and superplasticizer is 10.4:1-33.4:1; and water and cement is 0.33. USE - Synergistic composites for civil engineering applications. ADVANTAGE - The composites have synergistic advantages and effects such as cost-effective, improved mechanical properties, improved compressive strength, excellent flowability, and/or improved tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of synthesizing synergistic composite involves: mixing calcined kaolin with limestone powder to obtain a kaolin limestone blend, adding gypsum to the kaolin limestone blend to obtain a kaolin limestone gypsum blend, mixing cement with the kaolin limestone gypsum blend for 1 minute to obtain a dry mix, mixing fine aggregates and coarse aggregates with the dry mix for 2 minutes to obtain a dry mixture, followed by introducing 50% total water and stirring for 2 minutes to obtain a concrete mix; adding 30% remaining water to 50% total superplasticizer to obtain a solution, adding the solution to the concrete mix and stirring for 2 minutes to obtain a concrete mix solution, mixing 20% the remaining water with 50% the total superplasticizer to obtain another solution, and adding another solution to the concrete mix solution and stirring for 3 minutes to obtain the composites.
