| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Ambient-cured geopolymer wall panel has combination of 50 wt.% ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) binder, 5-25 wt.% foundry sand, 25-45 wt.% vermiculite varies, 5 wt.% coir fiber, and an alkali activator. The mix employs a liquid-to-binder ratio of 0.4 and an alkali activator with a sodium silicate to 10 meter (M) sodium hydroxide ratio of 2.5:1, and the wall panel is ambient cured, resolving the requirement for high temperature curing. USE - Ambient-cured geopolymer wall panel for energy efficient and sustainable construction. ADVANTAGE - The ambient-cured geopolymer wall panel improves flexural and crack resistance, avoids the requirement for high temperature curing, as the panels attains optimal strength and performance under ambient environment. The panels explore good water resistance with water absorption values, which facilitates economic, sustainable, and versatile solution for advanced construction requirements.
