| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Bioreactor comprises: a housing (1) and a lid (2), which are hermetically fastened by a flange joint (3); and a gas-air mixture supply nozzle (4) for feeding the gas-air mixture is hermetically fixed in the lid, on the surface of which biomass is built up in the volume of the hydrogel with immobilized cells of microorganisms. A gas-air mixture discharge nozzle (5) is also hermetically fixed in the lid, while the gas-air mixture supply nozzle is provided with perforation (6), and its lower end is provided with a hermetically sealed plug (7). The gas-air mixture supply nozzle is provided with a reducer with a flow meter (8). The gas-air mixture discharge nozzle e is provided with a gas analyzer, and the gas-air mixture supply nozzle has an annular cross-section. USE - The bioreactor is useful in regenerative medicine field for growing cells in a hydrogel to create volumetric models of organs or tissues. ADVANTAGE - The bioreactor provides an effective supply of gas-air mixture to the cells of microorganisms immobilized in the hydrogel to enable the growth of biomass of a given geometric shape.
